Welcome!

Allow us to draw your attention to some requirements.

Payment is required upon arrival.

Guests Tax can only be paid by cash or credit card.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please kindly leave the rooms by 10 am on the day of your departure!

It is strictly forbidden to disturb the rest of the guests after 22.00.

Do not burn candles or use naked flames to avoid fire.

Please use the equipment and the equipment as intended. If something goes wrong, breaks down or suffers, please report it immediately, thank you.

Please close the skylights completely in the attic before leaving or in case of rain. Wetting can cause great damage. Damages caused in the accommodation area shall be compensated by the injured party.

Only registered guests are allowed!

Please do not smoke in the apartments, only on the terrace or in the garden.

Please do not rearrange or remove furniture from the apartment.

It is forbidden to operate the radiator, own fan, air conditioning in the apartment.

Spray flies, mosquitoes, do not spray on walls, ceilings.

Do not bring the blanket or towel provided in the garden, on the grass or on the beach.

Do not place towels or clothes on the shower curtain holder, there is a separate dryer.

If the gas convector heats up, do not do anything about the risk of ignition.

We do not take responsibility for personal valuables. A safe is available.

Bicycle usage: We provide a lock. In case of damage or loss of the bicycle, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.

The owners of the accommodation reserve the right to check the condition of the accommodation even in the absence of the residents.

We are happy to help you in 0-24! Apartment cleaning, linen and towel change is once a week.

The guests are personally expected by us!
